Dallas Pflugrad

Dallas Pflugrad currently serves as a Help Desk Engineer and Event Coordinator for the City of Wilmington, DE, since November 2021, where responsibilities include managing and coordinating the annual Cybersecurity Month event. Additionally, Dallas has experience as an IT Support Technician intern at the same organization, developing technical skills under the guidance of Demond May. Previous roles include participation in the IT Works program at Tech Impact, customer service positions at Wawa, Inc. and M&T Bank, as well as various roles in retail and food service. Dallas holds a High School Diploma from Cape Henlopen High School, with involvement in Army JROTC/ROTC.
