Ashley Vargo

Ashley Vargo, PHR, possesses a diverse background in human resources and marketing, currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst for the City of Wilmington, NC since September 2019, after progressing through roles as Human Resources Admin Support Technician and Human Resources Intern. Previously, Ashley held the position of Vice President of Recruitment & Marketing for Alpha Delta Pi Sorority from December 2019 to December 2020. Additional experience includes a customer service leadership role at Food Lion, alongside internships in marketing with Viamark Carolinas and in purchasing with Revlon Inc. Ashley earned a degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, graduating in 2021.
