Julius Early

Julius Early is an experienced professional in traffic signs and markings with a career spanning several key positions in public works and civil engineering. Currently serving as the Signs and Markings Supervisor for the City of Wilmington, NC since July 2018, Julius previously contributed to Maricopa County as a Civil Engineering Specialist focused on traffic transportation. Earlier roles include Project Manager at Austin Materials, Public Works Inspector for the City of Taylor, and owner of Sun Valley Signs LLC. Additionally, Julius has held supervisory positions, including overseeing up to 34 specialized technicians for the City of Austin and serving as Traffic Engineering Field Supervisor for the City of Surprise. With foundational experience dating back to 1986, Julius possesses a comprehensive understanding of traffic signs and markings, complemented by educational pursuits at Glendale Community College.
