Crystal Hill

Crystal Hill currently serves as the Energy Services Manager for the City of Wilson, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Crystal held several leadership positions in marketing and communications, including Director of Marketing & Communications at North Carolina Wesleyan University, where Crystal contributed to the institution's transition from college to university status in 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Communications at Prodigy Transitional Rehab and Director of Marketing at Carney & Co. Crystal's extensive background in media spans various positions, starting as an intern at WNCT-TV Channel 9 and culminating in roles such as Media Buyer/Planner at Media Research Planning & Placement, Inc. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Advertising from Endicott College.
