Emma Kinch

Emma Kinch is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Caseworker in Employment and Social Services for the City of Windsor, managing a caseload of up to 140 clients and facilitating workshops on resume skills in accordance with Employment Ontario guidelines. Previous experience includes roles as a Scheduling Agent and Campus Researcher at Vector Marketing, where data collection and student organization research were key responsibilities. Emma has also worked as a Youth Employment Specialist at YMCA of Southwestern Ontario, focusing on employability skills training for youth and young adults. Additionally, experience as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Windsor involved conducting lectures and supporting undergraduate students. Emma holds a Master of Arts in Criminology from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Juvenile Justice from Grand Valley State University, complemented by a Project Management Certificate from the Oxford Home Study Center.
