Greg Atkinson

Greg Atkinson is an accomplished planning professional with extensive experience in municipal development and economic planning. Currently serving as the Manager of Development Planning and Deputy City Planner for the City of Windsor since September 2010, Atkinson also held the position of Senior Planner in Economic Development during this tenure. Prior experience includes roles as a Policy Planner for the City of Guelph from March 2007 to September 2010 and as a Community Planner with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing from October 2004 to March 2007. Atkinson's academic background includes a Master in Environmental Studies with a focus on Planning from York University, obtained between 2002 and 2004, and a Bachelor of Arts in Planning from the University of Windsor, completed in 2002.
