Hilda Dao Eit

Hilda Dao, EIT, currently serves as an Operations/Asset Analyst for the City of Windsor since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Dragados Canada, Inc., where Hilda held positions as Junior Coordinator and Cost Control Coordinator from October 2019 to June 2023, managing multimillion-dollar budgets and leading significant project scopes such as signage and geotechnical activities. Additional experience encompasses positions as an Estimating Co-op Student at PCL Construction, Engineering Co-op positions at WDBA-APWD, and a Co-op Plans Examiner for the Town of Lakeshore. Hilda's educational background includes a degree from the University of Windsor and an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from St. Clair College.
