Jessica Millar

Jessica Millar is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel (Labor and Employment) for the City of Windsor since May 2023. Previously, Jessica held the position of Attorney at Perkins Coie LLP from January 2019 to September 2022, where expertise included litigation and employment law in San Francisco, California. Earlier experience as a Litigation Associate at Aird & Berlis LLP involved a broad litigation practice and participation in class action litigation. Between March 2008 and October 2012, Jessica managed Special Projects at the C.D. Howe Institute, directing departmental strategy and achieving significant growth. Jessica's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto, a Master’s degree in Global Politics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies from Queen's University.
