Norbert Wolf

Norbert Wolf is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Employee Relations for the City of Windsor since May 2021, Norbert previously held significant HR leadership roles, including Human Resources Director at Alpine Building Maintenance, where responsibilities included setting HR direction and managing labor relations for a large organization. Prior experience also includes serving as Regional Director of Human Resources at Saputo Inc. and Divisional Manager of Human Resources at Purolator Courier, managing extensive HR operations across multiple locations. Norbert's career began at Ford Motor Company of Canada as an Employee Relations Associate, with various roles in labor relations and human resources across well-known companies.
