Samantha Magalas

Samantha Magalas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sports education and management. Currently serving as a Sessional Lecturer at St. Clair College, Samantha teaches Communication in Sport to first-year students in the Sport and Recreation Management Program. In parallel, roles as an NCCP Coach Developer for Baseball Ontario involve conducting coaching clinics for youth baseball coaches nationwide. Previously, as an Executive Initiatives Coordinator with the City of Windsor, responsibilities included developing policies, writing reports for City Council, and conducting research. Additional roles include Sport Tourism Officer, Baseball Academy Instructor for the Toronto Blue Jays, Sport Programming Coordinator for Ontario University Athletics, and Assistant Coach for the National Women's Baseball Team with Baseball Canada, where experience includes coaching at World Cups and the Toronto Pan Am Games. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University and a Diploma in Recreation & Leisure Studies from Conestoga College.
