Taggart Wall has a background in city management, serving as City Manager for multiple cities in Kansas. They have experience working closely with various departments to improve communication and operational effectiveness. In addition, they have also held positions such as Commissioner/Mayor and intern in economic and community development. Taggart has a Master's degree in Public Finance and City/County Management from Wichita State University.
