Bjorn Radstrom

Bjorn Radstrom is the Manager of Transit Service Development for the City of Winnipeg, a position held since September 2007, overseeing route planning, infrastructure development, strategic planning, and scheduling for the public transit system. Leading a team of 12 in the Planning & Schedules group, Bjorn Radstrom constantly assesses and enhances transit services for citizens through route and schedule modifications, as well as capital projects. Prior experience includes working as a Transit Planner for Winnipeg Transit, where Bjorn Radstrom was responsible for comprehensive transit planning and collaboration with other city departments to ensure developments aligned with transit service capabilities. Educational credentials include a Master's Certificate in Municipal Leadership from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba.
