David Patman

David Patman is an experienced transportation planner and manager with a diverse professional background in public works and transit planning. Currently serving as the Manager of the Transportation Division for the City of Winnipeg since March 2018, David oversees the city's transportation network, including planning, traffic management, and road safety initiatives. As a small business owner at 313 Farms since September 2012, David and his wife manage a hobby farm with 13 alpacas, engaging in community promotions and farming research. Previous roles include Senior Transit Planner and Transit Planner at Winnipeg Transit, where David managed service enhancement projects and conducted transit service analyses. David's career also includes significant experience at MMM Group as a Project Manager and various positions with the City of Calgary, focusing on transportation engineering and development services. David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Project Management Certificate from Mount Royal University.
