Kimberly Grimwood

Kimberly Grimwood, MBA, serves as the Manager of Organizational Change Management for the City of Winnipeg since March 2024. Previously, Kimberly held various roles in Organizational Change Management at Manitoba Public Insurance from May 2020 to March 2024, including Senior Organizational Change Management Practitioner and Consultant. At The Property Registry (Teranet Manitoba), Kimberly worked from July 2012 to February 2020 as Project and Change Manager, among other positions. Prior experiences include roles at the Canadian Wheat Board and City of Hamilton. Kimberly earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Manitoba, focusing on Leadership & Organizations, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with a minor in French from the University of Manitoba.
