Nikki Little

Nikki Little currently serves as a Field Training Officer in Paramedic Education for the City of Winnipeg since April 2023. Prior to this role, Nikki held the position of Quality and Patient Safety Officer at Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service from December 2015 to April 2023 and was a District Chief of Paramedic Operations from November 2007 to December 2015, focusing on field quality assurance and management of high-risk, low-volume incidents. Additional roles include 911 Resource Coordinator from January 2009 to September 2010, overseeing resource deployment and operations, and serving as a Paramedic from April 1997 to November 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Paramedicine from Medicine Hat College (2019-2022), certification as a Canadian Patient Safety Officer from the Canadian Patient Safety Institute (June 2019), and an Advanced Care Paramedic degree from the University of Manitoba (2011-2013).
