Nicole Smith

Nicole Smith is an experienced project manager and business analyst with a strong background in performance management and process improvement. Since joining the City of Winter Garden in April 2009, Nicole has effectively led projects through all phases of development while coordinating the city's performance management program. Prior experience at Starwood Vacation Ownership included managing DMAIC projects and financial modeling, where significant increases in owner satisfaction and revenue were achieved. Nicole's career also encompasses roles at Walt Disney World, focusing on labor analysis and industrial engineering, where impactful capacity studies and budget analyses were implemented. Nicole holds an MBA from Stetson University and a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
