David Mastronardi

David Mastronardi currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer for the City of Woburn, a position held since July 2016. In addition to this role, David has been the IT Consultant and Owner of Mastro Technologies since October 2003, providing IT consulting and support services in the Greater Boston area. From November 2003 to July 2016, David managed the IT infrastructure for Woburn Public Schools, overseeing technology support for ten schools, thousands of devices, approximately 700 teachers and staff, and around 5,000 students. David's professional journey began at Putnam Investments in the Financial Advisors Division from October 1999 to September 2003. David holds a degree in Business Management with a minor in Computer Science from Merrimack College, completed in 2002.
