Ethan Brown

Ethan Brown is an experienced professional in workforce development and program management. Currently serving as the Program and Compliance Manager for the City of Worcester since August 2019, Ethan previously held the position of Resource Development Coordinator at the MassHire Central Region Workforce Board from April 2014 to August 2019, where responsibilities included resource acquisition and policy oversight for workforce initiatives. Earlier, Ethan worked as a Career Counselor/Case Manager at the MassHire Worcester Career Center from November 2008 to April 2014, providing employment services to job seekers. Ethan's career began as a Career Program Specialist at Porter & Chester Institute in late 2007. Ethan holds a Master of Business Administration from Anna Maria College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management from Fitchburg State University.
