Lauren Wilkins

Lauren Wilkins, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the DPW&P Human Resources Manager for the City of Worcester, overseeing human resources functions for the Department of Public Works & Parks since February 2024. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Human Resources Manager at New Ecology, Inc., where the focus was on sustainable development for underserved populations from January 2020 to February 2024. Lauren's extensive experience also includes leadership positions such as Director of Operations for Amazing Lash Studio and Massage Envy, where responsibilities encompassed training, performance management, and operational oversight. Earlier in their career, Lauren served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Bradsby Group, a recruiter at Teldar Group, and in various sales and training roles at EF Educational Tours. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Providence College and also pursued studies at Universidad de Granada.
