Terri Scofield

Terri Scofield is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resource systems analysis and consulting. Currently serving as an HR Systems Analyst for the City of Worcester since June 2024, Scofield previously held similar roles at the Town of Concord, MA, and The Forsyth Institute, where the focus was on improving oral health and wellness. Additional experience includes HR project/operations consulting for DN Tanks, HR project consulting for Avid Technology, and HR generalist/business partner roles at Quad/Graphics. With a strong foundation as a principal human resource consultant at TLS HR Consulting and previous HR management experience at PanAmSat and RJM International, Scofield brings extensive knowledge and expertise in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in General Business & Economics from Southern Connecticut State University.
