Victor Perez has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as a Community Health and Development Agent in the Peace Corps. In 2015, they worked as a Staff Attorney and NUSL Fellow at Justice at Work, followed by a brief stint as a Contract Associate Attorney at Messing, Rudavsky, & Weliky. Victor then joined the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, where they served as a Volunteer Attorney and later became a Compliance Officer from 2016 to 2022. Currently, they are working as the Interim Executive Director of Human Rights and Accessibility at the City of Worcester, starting in August 2023.
Victor Perez attended Northeastern University School of Law from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Prior to that, they attended Boston College from 2004 to 2008, earning their Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time at Boston College, Victor focused on theology as their major and also pursued a minor in history.
