Prior to this role, Allyson worked as a Dispatcher at Missoula County 9-1-1 for a brief period and spent over a decade at the City of Frisco Police Department as Communications Supervisor. Starting as a Police Officer at the City of Odessa Police Department, Allyson built a strong foundation in law enforcement. Relevant educational background includes training at the Permian Basin Law Enforcement Academy, completed between 1984 and 1985, along with a high school diploma from Odessa High School.
