Jeff Butters

Jeff Butters is a retired individual who has served as the Asst. City Manager and Chief of Police at the City of Wylie, Texas. Jeff also currently works as a Home relaxation manager. Jeff holds a Master of Science degree in Business and Human Relations from Amberton University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas.
