Timothy Porter

Timothy Porter is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and public works. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at WSB since August 2024, Timothy previously held key roles, including City Engineer and Public Works Director for the City of Wylie, Texas, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing capital improvement projects, managing engineering contracts, and supervising public works operations. Timothy's earlier experience includes serving as Engineering Program Manager at the City of Allen, Project Manager at RJN Group, and roles at various engineering firms where skills in project planning, design, and management were honed. Timothy earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas in December 1996.
