Joanne Reynolds

Joanne Reynolds has over 30 years of experience in human resources and administrative roles, currently serving as a Resourcing Advisor and HR Team Leader for the City of York Council since 2005. Prior to this, Joanne held the position of Administrative Supervisor at the City of York Council's Barbican Centre from 2000 to 2005, and worked as a Payroll Supervisor for East Riding of Yorkshire Council between 1997 and 2000. Joanne's career began in the HM Prison Service as an Administrative Officer from 1989 to 1997. Educational qualifications include a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management from BePro Professional Development, a Certificate in Personnel Practice from York College, and a BTEC National Diploma in Public Administration also from York College.
