Betsy Buckingham

Betsy Buckingham is currently serving as a member of the York City Council. Prior to this role, Betsy held positions such as Director of Development at Byrnes Health Education Center, Development & Outreach Director at Susquehanna Heritage, and Director of Development at Planned Parenthood of Central Pennsylvania. Betsy also worked as a Community Investment Officer at York County Community Foundation and as a Homeownership Coordinator at REALTORS Association of York & Adams Counties. Betsy obtained a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
