Bill Rich

Bill Rich is an experienced professional currently serving as a Code Enforcement Rental Inspector for the City of Youngstown since September 2021, overseeing rental inspections in compliance with city ordinances. As the owner of BR Home Inspection Services, LLC since May 2015, Bill provides comprehensive property inspections in the Youngstown, Warren, and Salem metro areas. Bill’s previous roles include a long tenure as a Service Sales Representative at Cintas, where customer satisfaction and service delivery were paramount, and extensive leadership positions at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, including Council President, where Bill managed church operations and oversaw significant fundraising initiatives. Bill also held the role of President at 329 Investments Incorporated, focusing on stock investments, and contributed to youth development as a Cub Scout Den Leader with the Boy Scouts of America. Bill holds a Professional Certification in Building/Home/Construction Inspection from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and an Associate in Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Youngstown State University.
