Jimmy Hughes

Jimmy Hughes is currently serving as the 2nd ward councilman for the City Of Youngstown. Prior to this role, Hughes was the Chief of Police at the Youngstown Police Department. Jimmy holds a Master of Science in Police Administration from Youngstown State University, and has also completed the SPSC 22 program at Northwestern University. Additionally, Hughes has obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Police Management and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Police Technology from Youngstown State University.
