George Barlow is currently serving as the Pastor at Live Oak First Baptist Church and as a Management Analyst at the City of Yuba City. With a background in administrative and analytical work in various sectors, George brings a wealth of experience to their current positions. George is currently continuing their theological education at Andersonville Theological Seminary.

The City of Yuba City was established in 1849 and incorporated in 1908 and provides a variety of municipal services. These include but are not limited to Police, Park, Parks & Rec, Public Works, Water, Waster Water, Economic Development and Finance. Yuba City is home to Sunsweet Prunes and a variety of other agriculturall based businesses and as such is known as Northern California's Agricultural Hub. Historically the City has also been called the "Peach Bowl of the World" and the"Prune Capital of the World."
