Jim Runyen

Jim Runyen is currently a Police Commander at the City of Yuba City, with prior experience as a Police Officer at the City of Huntington Beach. Jim holds a Master of Arts in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from California State University, Chico.
