Stephen Garrington

Stephen Garrington, CFRE, LTC is a Hub Director at Honor Flight of the Quad Cities, responsible for successfully conducting flights of Veterans to Washington. Additionally, Stephen serves as a Certified Lay Speaker at The United Methodist Church, delivering sermons and special programs. In the past, Stephen served as a Special Gift Consultant at The Salvation Army, advising on Major and Planned gifts. At the US Army, Stephen held the position of LTC, Commander at the 5041st USARF School. Stephen holds a BS in El Ed from Westmar, an MS in Education from Western Illinois University, and has also completed education at the US Army Command & General Staff College.
