Holly Elliot

Holly joined the Board as Chief Financial Officer on 29th November 2021 from Honest Burgers where she was interim CFO. Before that, Holly was CFO of Five Guys, the fast-food chain operating in the UK, France Spain, and Germany, for four years, and previously spent 12 years at Caffe Nero in a number of roles including Finance Director.
