Janusz Szymczak

Janusz Szymczak has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Janusz is currently working at Laba as the Country Director for Poland, a role they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, Janusz served as the Chief Executive Officer of City Robotics from October 2022 to January 2023, and as the COO from October 2020 to October 2022.

Before joining City Robotics, Janusz worked at 3xSolutions LTD. from January 2018 to December 2021. During their time there, they held various roles within the company.

From 2016 to 2020, Janusz worked at Houzz, starting as an Assistant Buyer in April 2016. Janusz then transitioned to the role of Quality Compliance Associate from January to December 2017, and subsequently became the Compliance Lead for Private Label from January 2018 to April 2020.

From June 2014 to April 2016, Janusz worked at Bisk S.A. as an Account Manager. Janusz was responsible for creating and analyzing the e-commerce trade on Tmall and Taobao platforms in China.

Additionally, Janusz has experience as a Triathlon coach from January 2015 to 2016. Janusz was a certified British Triathlon Federation level 2 coach and also ran a popular blog and podcast about triathlon, diet, and training in endurance sports.

Janusz Szymczak pursued their education in the field of International Relations, earning a Master's degree from Collegium Civitas between 2005 and 2010. Additionally, they spent a year studying at Facultad de Periodismo in Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2008 to 2009. However, no specific degree was mentioned for this period.
