Johann H. Tomforde has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1977 when they were a Lehrbeauftragter / Professor at the Hochschule für Gestaltung / Transportation Design. In 1989 they moved to DAIMLER BENZ AG as the Bereichsleiter E2 Strategisches Design. In 1994 they became the Geschäftsführer Entwicklung & Produktion at MCC Smart GmbH / MC Micro Compact Car AG. In 1998 they took on the role of Geschäftsführer at hymer idc Innovations- u. Design Center. In 2009 they became the Inhaber & Geschäftsführer at the Competence & Design Center for Mobility Innovations. In 2013 they were the Executive Consultant at TransEnergyPartners GmbH and the Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter at TEAMOBILITY GmbH, where they were responsible for creating sustainable mobility solutions and suitable business models. Finally, in 2017 they became the Chief Business Architect & Design Officer at City Transformer.
Johann H. Tomforde obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur Fahrzeugtechnik degree from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.
