Lynn Johnson

Lynn Johnson serves as the Chief Program Officer at City Union Mission since December 2022, overseeing organizational programming and enhancing service delivery to positively impact lives. As the Founder and Senior Partner of JDG, LLC Projects since August 2007, Lynn specializes in accelerating growth for nonprofit organizations and businesses through tailored solutions. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Urban Ranger Corps from June 2013 to January 2023, where Lynn focused on the development and implementation of initiatives for youth aged 12 to 18, and Director of Youth Development at The Don Bosco Centers from December 2007 to May 2012, where a comprehensive programming model was established for the Northeast Kansas City community. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences, a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies, and an Associate of Arts in Graphic Design, all from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and Kansas City Kansas Community College.
