Anastasiya Fatiy

Anastasiya Fatiy is an experienced professional in technology training and talent development, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Technology Training at The City University of New York since September 2019, following a role as Manager of Technology Training. Prior experience includes serving as the Manager of Talent Development at JDRF International, where Anastasiya successfully implemented an organization-wide Learning Management System and customized training plans. Previous roles at City University of New York included HR Training & Development Coordinator and at NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation as an Organizational Development Specialist, where employee engagement efforts led to significant increases in survey response rates. Anastasiya has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Instructor at John Jay College, teaching various criminal justice courses. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College, a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Alaska Southeast.
