Chiqui Cartagena

Chiqui Cartagena is an accomplished media executive with extensive experience in directing production and overseeing marketing initiatives across various platforms. Currently serving as the Interim Executive Director at CUNY TV since September 2022, Chiqui directs the operations of a public educational television station in New York City. As a member of the Board of Trustees for the Conservation Lands Foundation since 2017, Chiqui advocates for environmental conservation. Previous roles include CMO at The Conference Board, SVP at Univision—where revenue generation and corporate social responsibility efforts were a focus— and leadership positions at notable organizations such as Story Worldwide, Meredith Corporation, and Time Inc. Chiqui holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Miami and has further trained at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
