Debra Salomon

Debra Salomon is an experienced professional in program development and design, currently serving as the Director of Program Development at City Tech CUNY since December 2022. With a long tenure in the City Tech Continuing Studies Center since September 2001, Debra has focused on renewable energy, clean tech, and building trades, collaborating with various partners and funders to enhance economic opportunities for New Yorkers. Additionally, as an Assistant Professor at LaGuardia Community College, Debra develops course materials in Design, Computer Art, Art History, and Art & Society. Previous experience includes serving as an Interior Designer at 408 Group Design and as an Exhibition Designer at the New York Aquarium. Debra holds a BFA in Painting, Drawing, and Sculpture from Kent State University, and has furthered education in Interior Design at Parsons School of Design.
