Jennifer Dillon

Jennifer Dillon currently serves as the Senior University Director of Talent, Innovation & Industry Partnerships at The City University of New York, leading efforts to foster transformative partnerships that connect CUNY students with industry opportunities for sustainable growth. Previously, Jennifer was the Vice President of Workforce Development at The Doe Fund, where responsibilities included overseeing curriculum planning and program development across multiple departments. Jennifer's leadership skills were demonstrated while managing a team of 55 staff members and developing comprehensive educational programs. Additionally, Jennifer participated in the Workforce Systems Leadership Program at Coro New York Leadership Center to enhance workforce development practices. Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Urban Education from The City University of New York and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Theatre from Reed College.
