Lesley Leppert

Lesley Leppert is a seasoned professional in academic advisement and program management, currently serving as the Senior University Director for Academic Advisement Initiatives at The City University of New York since December 2017. In this role, Lesley leads the creation and implementation of a cohesive academic advisement strategy across more than 20 CUNY campuses, focusing on enhancing staff development and optimizing advisement operations. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Program Management and People Operations for the CUNY Accelerated Study in Associate Programs, and Specialist for Training & Program Development at Borough of Manhattan Community College. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Manhattan University, alongside multiple certifications in human resource management and instructional design.
