Tiffany Bailey-Gilles

Tiffany Bailey-Gilles, M.S. Ed, currently serves as Chief of Staff at The City University of New York since November 2019. Previously, Tiffany held multiple roles at Guttman Community College CUNY from January 2013 to November 2019, including Associate Director of the Center for Career Preparation and Partnerships and Academic Internship Specialist, where responsibilities included collaborating with community partners to facilitate experiential learning opportunities. From April 2008 to January 2013, Tiffany worked at CUNY-Hostos Community College as Graduate Employment Coordinator and Cooperative Education Coordinator, focusing on student employment outcomes and co-op placements. Tiffany holds a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from Baruch College, a Graduate Certificate in Public Administration and Public Policy from CUNY School of Professional Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from The College of New Rochelle.
