Ame Kepley

Ame Kepley has extensive experience in various roles within City Utilities of Springfield since December 2002, progressing from a Customer Service Representative to a Human Resources Generalist II specializing in training, as well as holding positions in information technology and water construction. Prior to this, Ame worked at McDonald's Corporation as a manager from January 1997 to December 2002. Ame holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Missouri State University, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Commerce and Accounting from the same institution, earned in 2016. Additionally, Ame obtained an Associate of Arts degree from Ozarks Technical Community College.
