Chad Owens Pe

Chad Owens, PE, has over 25 years of experience in engineering, primarily with City Utilities of Springfield since December 1997, where currently serving as the Manager of Engineering and Environmental Power Generation. In this role, Chad oversees plant engineering and environmental staff while managing a multi-million dollar budget for power generation. Previous positions at City Utilities include Senior Engineer for Power Generation, Manager of Natural Gas & Water Engineering, Supervisor of Natural Gas Engineering, and various engineering roles focused on natural gas systems and infrastructure. Prior to City Utilities, Chad worked at George Butler & Associates and Smith & Company Engineers on civil engineering projects. Chad Owens holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
