Russell Lindsey

Russell Lindsey has extensive experience in electrical engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Electric Line Engineering at City Utilities of Springfield since November 2013, where leadership of a team of 14 engineers and designers is key. Prior to this role, Russell worked at Paul Mueller Company for over 26 years, holding the position of Electrical & Controls Manager, overseeing electrical engineering, design, and panel assembly, while also designing industrial control systems and programming PLCs and HMIs. Earlier, as a Project Engineer at ESC Engineering Consulting, Russell designed control systems and managed projects. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Missouri State University and further education from both Missouri University of Science and Technology and University of Missouri-Rolla.
