Tammy James, SHRM-CP, PHR, has over three decades of experience in human resources at City Utilities of Springfield, having held various roles including Manager of Employee Relations and Manager of Human Resources since June 1990. Tammy leads a team focused on hiring and recruiting diverse and talented candidates to enhance the organization. Previous positions include Supervisor of Human Resources and Human Resources Analyst at City Utilities from September 1995 to March 2000. Tammy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pensacola Christian College, earned between 1986 and 1990.
