Vicki Rushin

Vicki Rushin has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at City Utilities of Springfield since July 2018. Prior to this role, Vicki worked as a Sales/Key Holder at PFI Western Store from October 2016 to July 2018. Vicki's career began at Starbucks Coffee Company, where from January 2007 to January 2016, the role of District Sales Manager encompassed oversight of 10 locations and a team of approximately 175 partners. Vicki also held key management positions at The Gap, INC from July 1993 to January 2006, including Acting District Manager and General Manager, where responsibilities included managing multiple locations and participating in new store openings. Earlier experience at Gap Inc from December 1980 to June 1986 involved Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager roles, directing a team of 11 store managers and around 300 employees. Vicki holds education credentials from Miss Hickey School of Business, attended from 1978 to 1979.
