Samantha Hauser

Samantha (Rotstein) Hauser is an experienced executive in development and planning, currently serving as Executive Vice President at City Ventures, LLC since April 2014, with prior roles including Senior Vice President of Development and Director of Development. Hauser manages development projects from due diligence through entitlements and permits, and also chairs the Planning Commission for the City of Pacifica since March 2020. Previous experience includes Associate Manager of Facilities Planning at Gilead Sciences, focusing on project management and strategic planning, and Architectural Planner at RBB Architects Inc, specializing in healthcare facility design. Hauser holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Columbia University and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
