Scott Homan

Scott Homan is an experienced finance professional with over three decades in leadership roles, currently serving as CFO at City Ventures, LLC since October 2009. Prior to this position, Scott held the CFO role at The Olson Company from November 1998 to August 2009, overseeing various critical operational areas, including financial strategy, investor relations, and risk management. Earlier experience includes serving as VP Controller at Greystone Homes and KB Home, as well as a Controller at Birtcher Real Estate, Inc. and Senior Accountant at King Henslee and Jackson. Scott holds a BA in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton, graduated in 1984.
