Today, we provide over 894 affordable rental properties for people and families on low to moderate household incomes. We have a development pipeline that will deliver more than 600 new apartments over the next 10 years Our Affordable Housing Program ensures residents never pay more than 30% of their gross household income. Through providing excellent amenity for our residents and promoting community-building activities such as our community gardens, we contribute to the diversity and sustainability of our city. CWH is a not-for-profit, community-based organisation. Our staff of 28 are responsible for the daily operations.
