Jacob Almanzar is an accomplished audio engineer with extensive experience in various live and recorded sound environments. Currently serving as Assistant Production Manager and Front of House/Monitor Engineer at The Gramercy Theatre since October 2018, Jacob also holds similar roles at City Winery and (Le) Poisson Rouge, utilizing Avid S6L consoles. With a freelance background at New World Stages, Jacob has supported a wide range of events and has previously worked as a Sound Designer at Timber Lake Playhouse and a Recording Engineer at Rose Record Label Group. Jacob's foundational education in Music Industry was obtained from The College of Saint Rose, where a Bachelor of Science degree was awarded in 2016.

City Winery, founded in 2008 by Michael Dorf, delivers a unique culinary and cultural experience to urban wine enthusiasts passionate about music. Each City Winery offers intimate concerts, upscale dining, private event spaces, and a fully functioning winery. To date, City Winery has locations in New York, Chicago, Nashville, Atlanta, Boston, Washington DC, and Philadelphia.
